My Pie Pizzeria Romana began with one simple mission: bring true Roman-style pizza al taglio to New York City. Inspired by the flavors we grew up with in Italy, we wanted to offer something lighter, airier, and more artisanal than the typical New York slice.
From day one, we’ve crafted our dough with 100% natural Italian flour and slow-fermented it for 48 hours — always with no sugar added. This long fermentation gives every slice its signature airy texture and crisp golden crust. Baked the Roman way, each tray is prepared with care, patience, and a dedication to tradition. What started as a passion for authentic Italian pizza has become a neighborhood favorite on Lexington Avenue.
